Your Secret Boutique mail order is completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

All prices and values on this web site are in UK Pounds Sterling. If you wish to order by telephone, our order line is open from 9.00am to 5.00pm from Monday to Friday. Telephone us on: 08450 730033. We accept credit card payment by Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.

Delivery Policy

  • Standard delivery within 3 working days £ 4.95
  • Special Delivery £6.50 delivery within 24 hours (If you order before 1pm on a working day. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday)

A signature may be required on recorded deliveries. We cannot deliver parcels to "PO Box" addresses, so please make sure you provide a proper street address. Please also note that you shall be responsible for any items signed for at the delivery address you have nominated, regardless if you have not signed for the parcel yourself.

Please note we cannot be held liable for any delays caused by strikes or events beyond out control.

  • Delivery outside the UK but within the EU – £ 30    subject to weight limit.
  • Delivery outside the EU - £50 subject to weight limit.

Please  note that all non-UK delivery costs provided by us only cover the dispatch of goods to you - they do not include any duty/taxes or additional charges that may be required to be paid by you upon delivery. These charges cannot be calculated by us and shall remain your responsibility to pay upon delivery.

Returns Policy

At Your Secret Boutique we understand it can be difficult sometimes choosing items over the internet, and for this reason our policy is to accept items back which you feel aren’t suitable. We will either exchange them for you or offer a refund. Please contact us if you have any queries. 

Our policy for returns:

•           You should let us know that you’d like to return the items within 5 days of delivery, and we will email you the relevant returns form with details of where to send it.

•           Goods returned marked or damaged may be subject to a re-stocking charge or full payment depending on the condition of the return.

•           Please ensure shoes are only tried on, standing or walking on carpet or suitable soft surface where the bottoms will not be marked.

•           We’d like the goods back within 10 days of delivering them.

•           Returns postage is payable by the client, but to ensure that we receive the goods please can you send by recorded delivery.

•           Your account will be credited within 7-10 days of returns being received
